Venue Rental - $700

6 hour rental of the entire venue.

Morning set (10 am - 4pm) or evening set (6pm-12am)
Your choice of tables and chairs for up to 60 people seated or a cocktail setup for up 75 people standing.
A kitchenette with a sink, counter space for food prep, a microwave, freezer/ refrigerator .
A host dressing lounge
Two TVs to showcase your personal pictures or film
A freestanding bar area
An 8 foot table for buffet or a gift table
Two standing Bluetooth speakers
A restroom
Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Full Day Venue Rental - $1,200

12 hour rental of the entire venue (11am-12am)

Your choice of tables and chairs for up to 60 people seated or a cocktail setup for up 75 people standing.
A kitchenette with a sink, counter space for food prep, a microwave, freezer/ refrigerator .
A host dressing lounge
Two TVs to showcase your personal pictures or film
A freestanding bar area
An 8 foot buffet table or a gift table

Additional Rental Time (1 Hour Increments) - $100

If you think your event will need more than 6 or 12 hours (this includes set up and breakdown) you may add on more time in one hour increments, if no prior bookings overlap your requested time.
